VIVA HOT YOGA Our Viva Hot Yoga class is a set sequence of poses specifically designed for a heated room. The Viva Hot Yoga series of 26 poses are held for a longer period of time to tone, strengthen, stretch and detoxify the body. In this class you will practice the same sequence of poses every time to allow you to learn them well and progress quickly. Focus is on body alignment and breath to achieve the full expression of each pose. This is a suitable class for beginners and seasoned yogis. Modifications are offered if needed!
HOT FLOW Our Hot Flow class is based around the Viva Hot Yoga sequence held in a heated room, with added flow movements within the practice once the body is warmed up. Suitable for most levels. Expect to sweat!!
HOT CORE FUSION This is a lively class! It warms the body up through integrating dynamic flow movements with exercises for core muscles. This practice conditions, strengthens and improves core fitness and yoga. Breath is emphasized and used as an anchor to enhance the connection to the body and increase clarity of mind. The result is a detoxified, empowered, strong body, and a calm mind. This class is held in a hot room. POWER VINYASA Power Vinyasa is held in a warm room and consists of a dynamic, energetic and exuberant practice. Build strength, flexibility and condition your cardiovascular health through this uplifting practice. Be inspired to follow a beautiful and fluid sequence of poses, with emphasis on the connection of breath and body movement while maintaining proper alignment. Suitable for active beginners or more advanced students. Modifications will be given for more advanced poses that will be demonstrated. Come and feel invigorated!

BAPTISTE INSPIRED POWER YOGA CLASS Baptiste yoga has 3 main elements; asana, the physical practice of yoga postures; meditation, the practice of focusing the mind; and inquiry, the practice of self-transformation. These 3 elements encourage students to step into their full potential by discovering their passions, creativity, and developing the confidence to step into new and big possibilities in their lives. CANDLELIGHT DEEP FLOW Inspired by a mix of hatha and vinyasa yoga held in a warm room. This class integrates standing and floor series linked with vinyasa flow, emphasizing on the connection to movement, stability, strength and breath. This classes stretches, strengthen and tones the muscles while detoxifying the body in a relaxing candleight environment with soulful music. accessible to all levels.

FREESTYLE FLOW This class is an energetic class enjoyed in a warm room with upbeat music of hip hop, dancehall and R& B! Let's have some fun! Explore your own rhythm, through connecting with the gentle pulsations within the poses while flowing through a graceful sequence. Synchronize the breath with movement to enhance our connection to our bodies and deeper selves.
WARM RESTORE YIN Yin is in! This is a wonderful and restorative practice that is great for athletes, bikers, runners, skiers or anyone who wants to increase flexibility and mobility in the muscles and joints. Unwind and restore fatigue in the body and mind with longer held poses (2 + minutes) to give the body time to release stress and loosen deep connective tissue. Afterwards you will feel rejuvenated, balanced and at ease!
